We have also created a 26 episode TV series that is distributed internationally. Our content has been seen globally on broadcast networks like ESPN, NBC Sports, Versus, FUEL TV, AppleTV, SpikeTV.com, EuroSport, and Red Bull’s TV Network, Servus.
Throttle Entertainment’s passion lies in storytelling that captures the essence of action sports, specialty events and personal lifestyles. We are the first and only company dominating the emerging market of “Hard Enduro.” We travel the world to document the hardest races in existence and our creative efforts have elevated this sport to another level. But Hard Enduro isn't our only passion given our work in other genres of action sports like Surfing, Moutain Bike and Snow sports. Our work with ESPN and X-Games contributes to the passion we have.
Throttle Entertainment had an overall 5-year production partnership with Red Bull Mediahouse to create television shows and online content for the Hard Enduro series of live events that take place around the world. This involved traveling over 75,000 miles per year to cover events in over 10 different countries.

director / executive producer
As the founder of Throttle Entertainment, Jeff formed the company in 2006 out of the passion to create movies and content in the sport of Extreme Enduro. He was first introduced to the sport in 2003 when he was at the infamous Erzbergrodeo in Austria. It was there that he saw something special and had an idea. To seek out other extreme events and bring the content to a mainstream audience.
Since then, he began filming other races like the Red Bull Romaniacs, Hell's Gate, The Tough One and Roof of Africa. Following his passion has led to the creation of 20 movie titles, a 26 episode television series and a production partnership with Red Bull. But he attributes his success to an amazing team of like-minded enthusiasts who take their artistic vision serious. "Without them, the sport would not be what it is today."
Jeff began his career in "traditional" entertainment with TV, Film and New Media, working for networks and companies like MTV, VH-1, Nickelodeon, Universal Studios, Fox Kids/Family and Quiksilver before venturing off on his own.
producer / writer
"Soldier Ryan" is the A-Z guy who gets the job done. Ryan is the producer of the Hard Enduro series and is also the writer for the TV Highlight shows at each event. He met Jeff Pakosta back in 2003 while working on Fox Sports' action sports series, "54321", and ever since then they have been working together. Meyers often jokes that the two of them have traveled more miles together than anyone else in his life. This marriage has led to winning several awards together while working endless hours growing the sport of Hard Enduro.
director of photography
"Ken-Dawg" is a visionary behind the lens. As Head DP for the Hard Enduro series, Kenny is tasked with making what the audience sees a reality. He has been a part of the Extreme Enduro scene from its inception and was one of the original cameramen at Red Bull Romaniacs. While onsite, he can often be seen hanging out of a helicopter as they whisk past the startline.
