T1 or better known as THE TOUGH ONE is the UK’s biggest enduro spectator event. The best riders from around the world descend upon the Nantmawr Quarry in Oswestry to compete against steep hillclimbs, dangerous rocks, endurcross-type terrain and man-made obstacles. This setting sets up the perfect “battle royal” that is quickly gaining the reputation as one of the toughest extreme races there is.

2009’s story features 4-time winner David Knight as he debuts on the BMW 450, But he will be challenged by the Polish Knightmare, Taddy Blazusiak, who has upset the Manxman before. Other riders in the mix are British Enduro Champions Wayne Braybrook, Tom Sagar and Paul Edmondson.
